Hubby usually brings me in the sickies from his work or I catch it at Wal-Mart. ;)<br /><br />Got a new recipe for the essential oils this week to prevent illness and I'm going to give it a try this season. Can't hurt.<br /><br />Mix 5-10 drops each of Frankincense, Tea Tree, Rosemary, Lemon, Eucalyptus and Orange EO's with a carrier oil and apply to the bottom of the feet each night or morning.
