Fridge Tart

I went totally old school with the dessert I'm taking to a dinner party this evening: South African classic Peppermint Crisp Tart. It's even in a Pyrex dish!
~ A year ago today I had a sore ankle ~

    I once made hubby a meatloaf and when I removed it from the oven and sat it down on the counter...POP...was the
    worst mess I've ever had to clean up. He ended up with canned soup for dinner. eek.
