Cloudy Peak

It has been raining hard the last few days, so it was lovely to see a bit of blue sky and sunshine this afternoon. This cloud was just sitting on Devil's Peak. No wind at all - very unusual!

I don't know what's going on with me... I'm so accident prone at the moment! On the weekend I broke a finger nail... badly... there was blood and it was sore. I'm keeping it covered until the nail grows. At least two weeks I reckon.

DVD-Day

I went to visit Michele today, and after a brisk walk on the beach (brrr) we watched movies all afternoon. There are worse ways to spend a cold wet grey day.

Iron Deficient

I've been feeling weak and listless the last few days... I think my anaemia might be back, and I should probably get an iron supplement again. In the meantime I'll adjust my diet. I haven't been eating much red meat lately and today I have been craving a steak. And spinach! So I went shopping and that's what I got for my supper.

Today I listened to this music again, first time in ages. Love it! My disc is a copied one, years old, but I see that the album has been remastered. If I can find it available online I will buy it.
