Like others I really enjoy stories of English People Having Romantical Problems in Olden Times. Today I found a new mini-series to watch: the BBC's North & South. It's good - bit like Pride & Prejudice, but with industrial revolution.

After an exhausting week it was great to get together with my girl friends this evening. We caught up news, ate a yummy supper, played a few rounds of mahjong and finished with tea & chocolate.
