St George's Mall


I had to go down to the bank today and walked along St George's Mall. Wow, looking very festive with all the flags... World Cup starts in ten days!

    Very colourful indeed - I love seeing so many South African (and other countries') flags mounted on cars as one drives around Cape Town. It really increases one's level of patriotism, doesn't it?

    I'm sooo sorry about your camera having been stolen. I also have a little Canon, which I adore. I hope you can buy a replacement soon.

    Fortunately I did have the camera insured, so it will be replaced soon. I'm so happy about that!
