Indian


Making a vegetable curry... onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and spices fried up, then peppers, carrots and butternut stirred in. This mixture will be cooked for a bit. Then I'll add peas, butter beans, lentils and coconut milk. Simmer some more. Supper!
