Training


Michele and I are doing the Whale Trail in a month's time. As we'd like to manage the five day hike without too much difficulty we're getting out and about as often as we can now to maintain and hopefully boost our fitness levels. It seems to be working - I'm feeling stronger. And it is an absolute pleasure to be outside enjoying nature. Today's walk in Silvermine was fantastic!
