Fish Steak

A friend of a friend went game fishing on the weekend and caught a 70kg tuna, and I got to share in the bounty! I had some last night, and will have more tonight. This evening's supper (and tomorrow's lunch) is seared tuna with stir-fried vegetables on the side.
