Curry Spices

I used my new casserole pot to make a big ol' vegetable curry for supper. It cooked beautifully. I'm really enjoying my new stove.

    It is a wonderful pan! I bought a set comprising the large frying pan in the other pic, this casserole pan and a saucepan, and a smaller frying pan too. I'm totally spoilt. Feels like Christmas came early this year :-)
