I was running errands after work and popped into this shop. Usually they have very indifferent staff, but today I was served by someone helpful and smiley. In and out in no time at all.

    That was a nice change. I have a cousin *she's actually hubby's cousin but I lay claim to her* that works retail and she loves it. She is a big stickler for customer service. Very helpful without being intrusive.

    Love these types of shops. Love looking at all the bits and pieces. You can always find the most useful little things.
