Raspberry and Pecans

Ready for the oven: a slight variation on my current favourite cake recipe. It turned out well. 

 ~ A year ago today I was eating a hot cross bun ~

    Yummy! I'll take a slice, please. If you don't mind I pick off the nuts. ;)
    I have a new buttermilk pound cake recipe I'm wanting to try when I can find the time.

    I made hubby waffles/bacon this morning before church, snack for lunch and a big salad for dinner. No cake though.
