Pink Lady

My favourite kind of apple, crisp and sweet. I ate this one with some slices of cheddar.

    Hubby had his first Honey Crisp apple today. He loves Granny Smith *a green tart apple* And Honey Crisp *a tart sweet crisp apple*. I cook with Granny Smith's. Pies and such. Winesap is a good tart apple too.

    Do you guys have these apples there? We have pink lady.

    We have Granny Smith, but I don't think I've tried the other two. Golden Delicious, Starking, Top Red and Fuji are some of the other varieties we get here. I love apples, for eating and for baking.
