Food Festival

I popped in to the Taste of Cape Town event at lunchtime today. There were crowds of people and it was hot in the sun, but I was glad I went - it's fun to try new things.

 ~ A year ago today I was thinking about my friend ~

    I've always wanted to go to a food truck festival. In Chattanooga they will have a restaurant taste festival but I've eaten at all of those so it wouldn't be anything new.

    What new things did you try?

    I ate blesbok (a type of venison) carpaccio, nut encrusted lamb cutlets and hot cross bun flavour ice-cream. All delish!
