Supplements 'n Stuff

Things I put into my body today: my usual Vitamin D tablet as well as an immune booster and throat spray. There's a nasty cold doing the rounds at my office - I'm trying my best not to get it.

  1. Preventive meds will at least give your system a boost if the nasty little germs come calling. eek. Hope they skip right over you Miss Helen. I hate being sick. Hubby usually brings me in the sickies from his work or I catch it at Wal-Mart. ;)

    Got a new recipe for the essential oils this week to prevent illness and I'm going to give it a try this season. Can't hurt.

    Mix 5-10 drops each of Frankincense, Tea Tree, Rosemary, Lemon, Eucalyptus and Orange EO's with a carrier oil and apply to the bottom of the feet each night or morning.

  2. Wow, that's a very interesting remedy for illness - oils rubbed into feet. Let me know if it keeps illness away during your flu season.
