Sticky

Yesterday I got a small cut on my finger and it has bothered me all day today. Not sure what is more annoying... the cut itself or the silly plaster protecting it.

Ankle Guard

I took a fall last night and twisted my ankle. It's sore! Still went to Silvermine today as planned, but for a swim instead of a walk.

Scratch

Thomas the cat scratched my knee over a week ago. It was just a light scratch but it got infected and a week later it is still not better. Unsightly and sore!

I have a sore heel. A friend gave me this gel to try and it really helped. Great product!

Footsore

I can't see anything wrong with my left foot (other than a need for a manicure) but it is really painful. It hurts on top of the foot, across from left to right. Started a day or two ago and now it's so sore I'm starting to hobble. Silly foot!

Anti-inflamatory

For the last few days I've had a sore back. It's bad enough to take drugs and see a physio. Ow!

Bandage

Day before I leave for a week's holiday and I have to run Thomas to the vet with an infected wound on his tail. The cat-sitter will have to give him pills and see that he doesn't pull the bandage off.

Plaster

I don't know what's going on with me... I'm so accident prone at the moment! On the weekend I broke a finger nail... badly... there was blood and it was sore. I'm keeping it covered until the nail grows. At least two weeks I reckon.

Burns

I did such a stupid thing on the weekend: burnt three fingers on my right hand, on a hot stove-top. So painful! But fortunately they are starting to heal already.

First Aid Kit

I tripped and grazed my knee this morning. Eina. When I got to work I cleaned and bandaged up the scrape, using for the first time the first aid kit I made up last year. Alcohol swabs sting like crazy!

Bruised

I had a fall a few days ago. It wasn't a bad one, but my knees are still a bit tender and one has a horrid puffy bruise. Ow!
