Went down to Kalk Bay today, took a stroll along Main Road, popped into a few shops and had lunch at The Annex. Nice way to spend a Sunday!

Today I met up with one of my good friends from student days. She's out in SA on holiday - nearly four years since I last saw her so lots of news to catch up.

Memory Lane

While taking a stroll after work today, I found myself near my old flat. I lived for six-odd years on the top floor of this block. Seeing this place again made me think about those years and feel a bit sad about losing touch with some of the people I knew then. Funny how we change and life moves on.

Excess Baggage

Time for my annual spring-clean and throw-out. I took all my old clothes, shoes and household items down to the homeless shelter. Shedding belongings is good for the soul.
