Almost Complete

The knitting project I started a couple of months ago is about 95% complete - just one more band to knit and some side seams to sew. I'm finding it very hard to make myself do it though!

While browsing in a shop today I saw this amazing handmade throw and met the crafter who made it. So beautiful! Made my fingers itch to do some work with wool again.

I finished another woolly hat today. This pattern was really fun to knit.

Hats Off

For the last few months I've been knitting woolly hats in my spare time. Today I attached little tags, parcelled them up and sent them on their way to my friend Carla who runs a farm stall on the Garden Route. Hopefully she will be able sell a few... it is certainly cold and wintery enough to wear a knitted cap at the moment. Now I need a new project!

New Yarn

I get excited about new balls of wool... so many possibilities! I think I'll be knitting these two up into a woolly hat.
